 Cancellations
  • For a 50% refund of accommodation fees, cancellation must be made seven full days prior to listing’s local check in time (or 3:00 PM if not specified) on the day of check in, otherwise no refund. For example, if check-in is on Friday, cancel by Friday of the previous week before check in time.
    If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded.
    If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.

 Restrictions

  • There is a no smoking policy for the entire property. 
  • During the winter months we have a no outdoor shoe policy for the interior of the buildings, so please bring your slippers.

 Check In / Check Out

 You may arrive at Le Temps Perdu any time after 3 pm until 10 pm check-out is 11 am.

Pets Policy

 We do accept pets. Upon request daily pet sitting is available for a fee.Many of our guests choose to bring their pets with them so they can share a country experience. When pets are left alone in unfamiliar guestrooms for extended periods of time, they tend to bark or become bored, discontented and even destructive, so please plan to keep your pet with you during your stay at Le Temps Perdu, except for short periods such as mealtimes. If you do leave your pet in the guest house, please be sure that we have your cellphone number so that we can contact you if necessary.


Loss/Damage to Property

Rooms will be checked after departure and any breakages or damage will be charged to the occupants credit card used to secure the booking. Le Temps Perdu reserves the right to charge for damage, missing or soiled items using a new for old policy.

Valuables

Le Temps Perdu does not accept any liability for loss of or damage to any valuables or property belonging to guests or their visitors.

It is therefore the sole responsibility of all guests to make arrangements for adequate insurance coverage on all valuable items prior to arrival. This includes but is not limited to, photographic equipment, laptops or other electronic devices, jewelry, cash and vehicles.

 Whilst every care has been taken by  to ensure the safety of guests and their possessions whilst enjoying our accommodation,  Le Temps Perdu does not accept any liability in the event that any loss or damage to persons or property is experienced by a guest.

 Should  Le Temps Perdu suffer any loss or damage as a result of an act or omission by a guest or visitor of a guest, the guest will remain liable for full reimbursement of such loss or damage incurred and will be billed accordingly.

 Le Temps Perdu  at all times reserves the full right of admission and accepts no liability for any loss or damage that may result from the legal and reasonable exercising of such rights.

Should  Le Temps Perdu at any time need to exercise this right, no reimbursements or refunds will be made in this regard.
